Q: I have a suggestion for a new or existing product - what to do?

A: We would love and appreciate if you could send us an email with your suggestions or idea whether it is about a product you would like us to stock or an existing product! You can send us an email through our contact page here.

  

Sustainability

Q: What do you do to combat excess waste and packaging?

A: We only use recyclable packaging for products that need it for hygenic or protective reasons which is why you will find that many of our products come package free. 

We also aim to reuse as much of the packaging we receive our products in from suppliers for your orders so nothing goes to waste.

  

Q: Do you ship your orders plastic-free?

A: Yes we do! All our shipping boxes are either reused or FSC certified which means they are made of recycled paper mixed with new FSC certified wood fibers to keep the box steady and your products safe. 

The tape we use for sealing is also made out of paper and same goes for box filling. Our soap and shampoo bars are wrapped in reused and recyclable paper and our business cards are made of 100% recycled paper.

We aim to reuse as much of the packaging we receive our products in from suppliers for your orders so nothing goes to waste.

  

Ordering

Q: Why should I create an account?

A: As a registered account your address information will automatically be pre-filled during checkout for future purchases and you will also be able to view past order history and current order statuses.

You also sign up for our exciting newsletters, so you're always the first to know about new arrivals, special offers and tips on how to live a more sustainable lifestyle - yay! 

 

Q: Do I have to register an account to place an order? 

A: No you don't, you can also check out as a guest customer. 

 

Q: I want to add an item to my order after I completed my purchase - is it possible? 

A: We are happy that you've found more products you like! Please send us an email as soon as you find out and we will see if it is possible to add the items to your order before it is packed.

 

Payment

Q: What payment options do you accept?

A: We accept payments via credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

Q: Do I have to pay custom duties?

A: All orders are shipped from Denmark so import duties and taxes may apply on orders to countries outside EU. These charges, if any, will be collected by local customs authority from you at the time of delivery.

 

Q: Why is my card declined? 

A: If you have problems completing the payment, it is usually due to your bank not allowing your credit card to buy from other countries online. We recommend talking to your bank as they are able to help you unlock your card.

Some people find that they are able to complete the payment using another type of credit card so if you have that option, we recommend trying that. If nothing seems to work, please send us an email so we can help you!

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We currently ship to most countries worldwide, but we are working on being able to deliver to all countries in the nearest future! To see if we deliver to your country, please check out our shipping & returns page - if we don't, please pop us an email and we will see what we can do.
